“隨遇而安因樹為屋, 會心不遠開門見山”。久居城市的人們內心深處，總是渴望一次山林的回歸，一次遠離塵囂的探尋。是時候，尋一方自然天地，找回內心深處對自然的向往，對靈魂深處隱逸理想的遣懷。


△ 動線分析

初識場地，如何讓設計與其產生有機互動，繼而成為一處長久的藝術美學勝地成為我們主要考慮的問題。同時，場地內部地勢高差較大也為整體設計增加了難度，但相對有利的是，豐富的空間形態也使得我們對場地多維度的延展有了可變性，我們希望借此地緣特色在設計肌理之上拓展出一處深山秘境。



由此，借助高差地勢，尊重場所精神，洞悉居者所需基礎之上，以“深山尋館”為設計主題，提取自然“崖”之勢，松之“勁”，谷之“幽”，水之“謐“，館之“盈”自然美學基調，串聯起聞澗、尋松、探谷、訪潭、戲林、歸館六大空間故事脈絡，層層遞進，將亭臺樓閣、高山流水運用現代自然手法演繹展現，寫意出一處遠離塵囂的璽越“生活美學館”秘居。

作為城市展廳功能
為了凸顯城市界面的整體強昭示性與良好互動性
我們利用2M水幕與水景高差跌落
打造成一幅動態流水音樂水幕
立體生態，飛澗急流
增加觀者的視覺記憶并由此產生
”聞澗引而觀“的自然心里引導

共同催生出一處開放通透
而又相互延伸貫通的禪意之境
細膩雕琢粗獷，殘缺勾勒圓滿
由此開啟聞溪探谷之行

門樓兩側矮墻與植物搭配圍合而成
“天圓地方”軸線空間
蘊含獨特的東方文化與空間意識
中間迎客松仿照壁功能
營造出幽雅玄秘、清凈包容之神韻
于此
一切設計語言化繁為簡，溯源本真
勾勒出一處與外圍隔離
匠心坦誠、純粹和諧的心之塵境

轉入前廳門廊
透過光線與墻體的交錯、滲透、折射、流轉
窺探出一種洞察本質、萬象和諧的美學意象
點點星燈，松影隱現
剛柔并濟間，感性與理性
營造出朦朧虛幻的異世意境
眼前的景象仿若演變為“世界的一部分”
奇松百態瞬間幻化為人形
迸發出強烈的生命詩意，循跡而行

與售樓處前水面的豁然開朗之勢
形成空間形態的極致對比
松意與黑石山交織
景石與景墻完美咬合
虬枝各異，光影婆娑
目之所及，心為之通

通過透明的玻璃與樹梢
閑暇之余漫步在樹林草叢之間
盡頭處、轉身間、角落里皆是清逸自然
談笑皆是風雅云間，回味都是林間清幽腔調

“咫尺之間璽樾秀，細節之處顯匠心”。在景觀打造中常說所見即所得，而真正的所見即所得，是每個空間的反復推敲，是專業之間的不斷互動，是對于細節肌理的再三思量。

松不單是場地營造的佳品，更是團隊的匠心所營。甲方多次勘探泰山，“千里尋松”，只為找到最適合場地形態的松形，設計師配合模型推敲，施工現場甲方設計團隊精準種植落地，做到一草一木皆是詩，一石一松總關情。從深化排版，材料選控、材料封樣定樣到鋁板無縫施工工藝推敲等環節甲方營造團隊都躬行親為，現場全力配合，一一實現設計效果，只為一景一境塑璽越棲居。

一個優秀項目的落地，除了需要頂尖的設計者，引人矚目的方案創意外，也離不開多方的協作支持、精細的施工研磨。設計團隊與甲方團隊無數次的方案碰撞、推敲，及施工過程中甲方團隊對于施工工藝和落地效果的堅持與不讓步，才有了如今的”深山尋館秘境“，初心不改，匠心營造，豐盈森活美學。
